Electomech Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retails for a wide range of products in Fiji and the Pacific is seeking to recruit a performance driven, customer oriented individual for the above position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome and greet customers and ascertain customers’ needs and wants and successfully complete sale.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Ensure store is fully stocked.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisement and assist branch in marketing plans.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
- Assist branch in achieving daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits
Requirement.
Requirements
- Be highly organised and motivated and confident.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
- Effective communications, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality with utmost professionalism.
- Effective communication skills in English, while the ability to communicate in a vernacular language is desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical products and hardware would be a added advantage.
