Electomech Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retails for a wide range of products in Fiji and the Pacific is seeking to recruit a performance driven, customer-oriented individual for the above position.
The position will be based in our Ba, Lautoka, Suva and Nakasi outlets and will be responsible for growing and managing our central market.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, and ascertain customers’ needs and wants, and successfully complete sale.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, and ensuring store is fully stocked.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions, advertisements, and assist branch in marketing plans.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies with the operations manager.
- Maintain physical condition of the branch by planning good practical layouts.
- Maintain satisfactory stock levels to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the branch staff to ensure set productivity targets are met.
- Monitor and provide regular feedback to branch employees on their performances with branch manager.
Requirements
- Be highly organised, motivated and confident.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
- Effective communications, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality with utmost professionalism.
- Effective communication skills in English, and the ability to communicate in a vernacular language is desirable.
- Valid group 2 drivers license with a clean driving record.
